I would like to share with the Principia Group the myself and a colleague have
devised a cybernetic system to measure company strategy and intellectual
property.
The process called CAP integrates the entire companies functions. i.e.
marketing,
production, sales etc. We measure, knowledge & skills. Like a navigational
instrument on an aeroplane, we measure incrementally every step of the way, the
company strategy can also be measured. We create the "intelligent organization".
The outputs include how knowledge & skills effect sales, production, marketing
etc. Also any strategy can be measured. We believe it will move companies into
the
direction( mission, values) to were the want to go.
For more info on Intelligent Organisation see
http://128.100.159.139/FIS/Res/Pub.
A computer program tracks competency and measures the entire organisation. We
are
presently chatting to some huge multinational corporates who have picked up
their
ears and are listening to what we saying about the cybernetic approach. Very
exciting times for our company. We believe we are introducing the organism
approach to the business world.
Comments?
