THE EUROPEAN UNION AGAINST THE COMMON GOOD

Let's intent to evaluaute the process of european union building from a
system theory point of vue.
In this paper I assume that European union is not, as a control system
and according to the principle of requisite variety, complex enough to
rule over the complexity of all european union as a whole.
Philosofical frameworks of eurocracy are analysed.
This leads to conclude that many laws of complexity are not respected,
and these laws joins the framework of classical political philosofy such
as Leo Strauss designed it.
