How did you hear about PCP?
Yesterday I learned about the Principia Cybernetica project due to the
Internet, where I went to find more information to prepare my lecture at
University of Cordoba, Spain, where I'm visiting.

Please take at least one page to describe your work
and how it might relate to PCP:

I am engaged in math. modeling in ecology and medicine, which used to be
one of the main activities in the Computer Center (CCAS). The department
and I do our best to develop an approach towards "living systems under
extreme conditions". I would like to work on it more. I am going to
continue it in Russia maintaining international contacts, incl. the
Intrenet options. Despite really hard situation in Russian Academy of
Sciences, our Computer Center has full access to the Net.

So, please, consider a chance I might join Principia Cybernetica project
to cooperate with you, and your co-projectants. I would like not only to
keep on theoretical research, but also to make the theory work in favor
of sustainable development through advanced computer programming
techniques (OOP, Internet, DBMS, etc.) which we use extensively in our
Dept. to work with various Russian federal environmental agencies, like
SaniEpid' and 'RosKomEkologia'.

Awaiting your response,
