I suppose these are commands meant for the Listserver which handles
PRNCYB-L. In that case they should be sent to LISTSERV@BINGVMB.BITNET and
not to PRNCYB-L@BINGVMB.BITNET (the address of the list itself). If, as I
suspect, you are interested in getting the logs of previous PRNCYB
conversations, the easiest way is to check the WWW archive of the list, at:
http://bruce.edmonds.name/PRNCYB-L/

The log kept by the listserver (see http://pespmc1.vub.ac.be/LISTSV.html
for more info on LISTSERV functions) is quite limited, and probably does
not extend to 1995.
