Sure, I just pointed out that I had seen both variants in use. The open/close
distinction was the one I first encountered and therefore have tended to use
this, but I have no problems using the open/closed/isolated distinction. The
open/close distinction has been handy because it intersects with the
corresponding organizational distinction.
