-Because it classifies the figures into triangles, circles, stars,
etc. If you have a dynamic system with several attractors, then
it will end up in one of attractors depending on initial conditions.

your general learner will go to one of attractors.

Actually, you have several classifiers in the "general learner"
integrated by logical rules. Thus, the classification is
