Browsing thru the net looking fot information on Cybernetics systems.
I am involved with a business strategy called Energy Cybernetics
strategy. This is a business strategy that looks at all businesses as
systems. It is more or less a strategy taking into account the
collective energies of a system ie looking at the power, psychological,
informational and material problems/states and then the bottlenecks at
these levels. Once these levels have been analyzed the business can then
make descisions on what and how they must proceed. This means detail
analysis of power and how to use the potentials to proceed to solve
power/dependence problems. The strategy comes from Germany and was
devised by a gentleman called Wolfgang Mewes( he has retired) who
analyzed thousands of businesses. It is called EKS Engpas Konsetriete
Strategie. I use the strategy to run my business a personnel recruitment
company for Engineers. I myself am a civil engineer with two post
graduate business degrees from one of South Africa's top engineering and
business school. I presently reside in Auckland New Zealand where I have
this business. My previous business was a manufacturing outfit which I
had in SA.
The strategy comes in about 14 manuals each of app 100 pages each and
was owned by the Franfurter Algemeine Zeitung it has now been sold but
the new launch will only take place in May. I also teach the strategy to
willing participants. I will be very happy to share this info with PCP
but will have to get permission from EKS.
This is not just another clever business strategy I have looked at just
about all there is to do with business strategy this is truly
a unique unifying theory that works. At present myself and Dr Brian
Bloch
of the University of Aucklands Business School( a number of articles
have been published by Brian on EKS)are involved in EKS.
