I know nothing more than that the author uses teleomatic as
end-resulting, teleomatic as end-guided, and teleological as end
seeking.

I will think about it and read some of the thesis again, to see if I
can interpretate. The difficulty is that the author seems to be
inconsistent. However I will do my best and return to this list
