In a work the scope of PCP the lack of inclusion of something should never
be mistaken for its exclusion. As Francis has so ably replied, SOC has
occupied much of our attention over time.

Certainly SOC deserves a node or set of nodes.

Let me solicit this community to come up with one and submit it to the
board through Francis. Paul Pangaro, are you game? Any other hard SOC
person out there? Or try something as an annotation (no need to submit
anything then).
