Perhaps an obvious book to mine for this is the BCL report No.73.38

My copy doesnt seem to have any copyright notice on it?
Although there are many copyright articles involved, there are also about
an hundred definitions by various named people which are separate.
theses definitions also have bits of enatailment mesh diagrams which
could turn into hypertext pointers (html).
However a lot of work would be involved in the loading.
