The HTML archiving of the prncyb-l list should now be done on a
message by message basis incrementally. This means that any messages
should be archvied almost immediately. The wais indexing, however
will only be updated at night (in UK). I hope this goes fine.

Any comments on this archive to me (e.g. about its length - this
might take a while to transmit over the internet now).
