Under equilibrium self-organisation, (1.1), i would add the following
examples: lipid micelles, lamellae, black lipid membranes, oil-water
separation, and protein folding. Snow flakes and crystalls are fine,
but these additions are all VERY pertinant to evolution and living
organisms.
