With rgard to finding Principia via LYCOS
We have had agrad student evaluating various search engines (Andre Gagnon)
for effectiveness for Educational purposes, and he concluded that LYCOS is
the best available at present in terms of the very large database,
and useabilty. However it has just been incorporated, and one wonders if
it is in danger of leaving the scientific free world and becoming
merely another tool for only the rich?!
