OK, I'll jump in here about Rosen. I have recently prepared a little
document that might be appropriate for PCP, but it relies heavily on
diagrams and figures which can't be used in these little e-mail
transactions. I'll re-work part of it (taking the figures out and
adding some explanations in words) and transmit it later in the day.
